Xbox New Regions Reminder & iom2 Kickstarter Campaign
about 9 years ago
– Tue, Jun 06, 2017 at 02:37:06 PM
Hi Everyone!
Just a quick reminder that Nevermind will be available on Xbox One in new regions starting tomorrow (6/7)!
These regions include: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Czech Republic, Israel, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, Slovakia, Greece, Poland, Turkey, and Singapore.
It has been brought to my attention that Nevermind may not be showing up under this week’s releases, but it should be available in the above countries on 6/7 nonetheless.
Also, since many of you are fellow biofeedback-believers, I wanted to let you know that Wild Divine (makers of the IomPE sensor that Nevermind supports) is now Unyte and they have launched a Kickstarter campaign TODAY for an all new platform!http://kck.st/2qYfrz7
This platform includes new interactive experiences that combine biofeedback, meditation, gaming, and VR - as well as an all new and ultra sophisticated biofeedback sensor, the iom2!
Will Nevermind work with the iom2? We’ll definitely be exploring it as soon as a development device is available. So, while we can’t promise it (it’s just too early to know for sure right now), as you know, we’re fans of Unyte (formerly Wild Divine) and are excited about the iom2 - so we’ll see what we can do! :) And, either way, Unyte will be offering a variety of experiences that are custom designed for the iom2.
Ok! That’s it for now! As always, feel free to email us at [email protected] with any questions, concerns, cookie recipes, etc.

Next Steps for Nevermind
– Mon, Jan 16, 2017 at 12:21:11 AM
Hi everyone,
With the Xbox One version of Nevermind now out in the wild, I wanted to send an update to discuss what’s next for the game and studio!
Next Steps!
Whew! It has been an incredibly busy, exciting, and rewarding couple of years bringing Nevermind to six platforms, crafting five levels, integrating more than six very different biofeedback devices/technology, and more - all with only 3-5 core development team members at any given time!
We are so proud of what has been accomplished and hope to continue to expand Nevermind with more Clients, more upgrades, and maybe even building out a larger overarching story. However, we are going to take a bit of a break in development as we determine the next steps for Nevermind and Flying Mollusk and finally… wait for it... finalize those physical rewards!
I’m having a ton of fun (maybe too much fun) with the art book. Lots of iteration, lots of additions, lots of editing. Everyone has been so patient and I want the final product to be worthy of such a wait. Now that I can make that my main focus (at least, that’s the plan), I hope to have the last few remaining steps resolved relatively quickly. I’ve learned the hard way not to give any timeframe estimates any more, but I hope that I’ll have something more concrete to share soon.
Be a Part of Continuing Nevermind’s Success!
Reviews can determine the ultimate success and longevity of a game more than many realize. Not only do they help convince potential players whether or not they should pick up a game, they also play a huge part in determining which games are featured and promoted in the future, which can make or break small independent studios like ours. It may not always feel like it, but every single positive review (on Steam or Xbox) makes a huge impact on a game’s success.
So! If you’ve played Nevermind on Xbox already and enjoyed the experience, please take a second to leave a many-starred review (ideally along with your thoughts!) on the Xbox storefront. If you’re a Steam player, the same goes for you on the Steam Store!
Of course, if you didn’t like the game, don’t feel pressured to write a good review. We always prefer honesty over false positivity and we understand that Nevermind isn’t necessarily everyone’s cup of tea.
Ok! More updates will be coming soon!
Thank you so much, everyone, and let the adventure continue!
